Pure demolition.
That play by Bomber made no sense to me. Perhaps it was a huge misread from the SCV scout coming in from the third that did not see any expansion, but after that four racks did nothing Puzzle was always going to have a huge lead in the midgame. |

| He really should have tried to set up a flank somewhere in the open instead of retreating. His natural with all the chokes is the perfect place for the Protoss to fight. |

It's so annoying scouting Protoss with 2 gas, because if you don't follow up with a scan/scout that sees a Natural you have to prepare for a blink stalker all-in (which is actually decent on Antiga), 3-gate Stargate (harder to handle with a standard 3 rax expand, or early DTs, otherwise you usually won't be entirely certain if they are expanding or all-inning.
Bomber scanned earlier on and saw 3-gate and a robo, he didn't know Puzzle went 1-gate into Robo, and then added the other two gates, which is why he didn't risk it and push out.
4-Rax crushes the majority of all Protoss 1-base plays, but absolutely struggles when Protoss does a Colossus timing attack off 2-bases.Last edit: 2012-05-22 19:16:11 |

bomber was mindgame/tricked there
he saw double gas and no expansion, meaning it might be DT's or voidrays who knows
next, he thought maybe its warp prism drops so have marines defending inbase
next, he thought maybe its 1base or late expansion 6gate attack so he wanted plenty of marines to defend
errr just plenty flaws in bombers build against Toss and assuming too many things trying to be safe against everything.
you need a way to scout early and fast and know whats happening to counter accordingly. bomber just didnt have that and its hard to have that with fast cc against doublegas no expansion. maybe make a rax near enemy base and fly it in to scout i dont know |

I prefer this style. It's easier to just disregard fanboy or hater votes, as they're always 5 or 1, and then look at what the average is. |
