I don't see Idra making it unless he either hammers through a lot of TSL Opens to rack up points, or for some weird reason gets invited. The same goes for WhiteRa, he's not bad, but he's not really been performing all that brilliantly lately.
I hope any invites are done based on skill and not popularity. There are enough showmatches, etc, that people should be rewarded for performances and not anything else. |

I was under the impression that they are no longer doing invites man. You got to compete if you want to make it and a lot of those guys aren't playing up to snuff to make it.
HuK signed up for this one so did a lot of other guys who have potential.
It's a question of who wants it more and what other tournaments/events are going on at the same time. Last week was DH, so obviously a lot of guys wouldn't show up. |

Korea is pretty much unpredictable. There so many good players. The only prediction I make is that we will miss out on a lot of superstars and get some 1-2 code B players (maybe pretty unknown players). I'm only sure MKP will make it if he takes part in 4-5 qualifiers.
EU/NA I don't see many NA players. In the last NA qualifier there were 0 NA players in the top8. I expect Sheth and 1-2 additional (Illusion, Select?, maybe new talent). Will Huk or violet play in EU/NA? From EU Lalush has pretty much secured a spot, Darkforce and Bischu have a decent base. Stephano should qualify if he doesnt risk playing to few qualifiers. Other likely players: Morrow, Mana, Beastyqt, Dimaga, Hasuobs, Lucifron, vortix, Happy, Lowely, Goody, Ret Hoping for RoxKis guys to try their luck, mainly Titan+Fraer+slivko. Didnt see them in the qualifiers so far. |

Yea, I was wondering about the thing, too.
Yeah, I don't know what that was about either. I just changed the title for the TZain section.

| Why haven't players like TLO, Jinro, Idra, Haypro etc entered the qualifiers yet? :O Confident they can grab a last minute tournament win? Risky if that's the case.. |

He'll show up when he thinks he's ready to show up. You know him well enough. He doesn't care about 2nd place. He rather go straight through blah, blah, blah. With how he's playing at the moment. That's really unlikely and he needs the points like everyone else.Last edit: 2012-06-26 15:03:23 |

I think that Niya (who is a masters zerg on EU) will win the entire thing. In no way did I do this because he beat me in the qualifier.
But from NA/EU the really big names didn't seem to be doing that well in the first few weeks although I'm not sure whether that is because they didn't enter or didn't make it |

Jaedong will come in 2nd place, 3-0'd by someone that no one has yet mentioned. I don't know who that person is, but that's how these TSL's work. I will then cry myself to sleep, thinking of what could have been.
Jaedong does not get 3-0'd though, and will rampage through the following 3 GSL's to the first back-to-back-to-back golds. In the last of his 3 GSL finals, when Flash finally catches him, he will 4-0 his rival in the most one-sided victory the starcraft scene has ever beheld, and will be declared the first true sc2 bonjwa. |
