after all this time i am afraid that the only possibility i see, is to prospond this event. i have had some complications with some companies, that i will work out soonest possible, to get this event up and going fast as possible. i will put the date in the top of the topic when one has been found out.

Hi i am Peanut
As we all probably already know the current holder of this world record is: Milkfat
in June the 2th to about a few days forward, i will try to beat him off of his throne but instead of playing HoN i will achieve this playing Starcraft II.
I will be going for arround 80 hours in a row, so beating him by arround 4 hours. I am already preparing for this, trying to turn my inside clock arround, get in shape, making arrangements, and trying to get some sponsors for this event.

During the days and nights there will be events like:
Laddering
Team games
Playing custom against friends
Playing against viewers
ETC.
Hope you will all tune in, further information is comming as soon as it has been arranged prefectly.

The rules are as such:
For every hour you play you get 10 minutes of time you may spend on whatever you may like, this can stack to my will. between games there must not be more than 17 second, else it starts to cut in my stacked time.
I hope you will all tune in and i promise you i wont die

Um... I don't know why you would do this, seems like a huge health risk, I can already see the headline:
"Boy nearly dies from sleep deprivation playing video games" and then SC2 starts looking bad, you get all these 70 yr olds talking about how times have changed... etc.
Well, good luck to you though, please make sure you have multiple people checking in on you and please eat/drink as regularly as possible. |

First of all, nobody knows who has the current record and nobody cares, I dare say.
Second of all, you're not the first dude to spend a lot of time on a game and it doesn't warrant a stream advertising move.

After looking at the replies, seems he's tried several times to post this and the threads are closed each time.
Also, I've never heard of Milkfat.
Also the current gaming world record is 109 hours, approximately, spent on Assassins Creed: Brotherhood iirc. I don't think that RTS gaming world record is a very prestigious thing, certainly not worth putting your health at risk over. |

Is this actually possible? If i get up at 9 am i will at most be able to game until 5-6 am the following day, that's roughly 20 hours, you will have 60 left once you are there.
You will have to be awake for:
Day
Night
Day
Night

Night
and 8 hours more. |
