You're right, effective hit points are a better measure of utility, and there are no diminishing returns in terms of EHP. Thanks for explaining.

I've been selling things for dirt cheap, and putting in gems I pick up in them before selling....
The only ones I avoid to sell for now are Rare/Legendary Rings and Amulets. They definitely are the hardest and most expensive to find. Even better when sockets are available. |

Im trying to sell my level 50 400+ dps 1 hand monk weapon for days. The best I found in the ah for level 50 was around 200dps, yet nobody was willing to pay 300000+. So maybe too early for high level twink weapons. |

Just found these, and thought they might be nice for a dex class starting out in inferno. Can I get anything out of this?

| I think it's pretty good. No vitality but the resistance is nice. Should definitely put it up on AH. |

It'll definitely sell. Doesn't have all resist, sadly, but with those stats a mid-tier wizard could pump up some good int/vit... probably a few hundred thousand.Last edit: 2012-05-26 23:13:48 |

twinks were only appealing in greifing people, pk. no pvp yet in d3 no desire for twink items.
People also need to remember to set their bid price lower then their buyout price, sure alot of items sub 1 mil are buyouts but i see so many items that are 5mil/5mil just spend 2 days up in ah becuase people aren't willing to pay that much for it and there is no wiggle room, so either you can waste ah space trying to move it for a week or two or you can set bid price at more reasonable rate.
I only complain about this becuase it leads to AH inflation, oh i see people selling similar items around that price. The problem is they aren't selling; they are asking for that price quite a bit not even getting it, i find this esp true on items with no wiggle room in bid anything over 1 mil does sell by bid price much easier then buyout price. People are willing to wait for those kind of auctions. |
