I mean no resistance at all (apart from int), but good attack speed and darn lot of dexterity as well as good vitality?

Maybe. If they also nerf NV. Otherwise, the best way to level alts is to have a 60 run you, they'll get 5 stacks quick, and the MF averaging will put their drops through the roof. Constant rare drops, tends to keep them well geared for any level, so that by the time things stop getting 1-shot by the 60, the alt should be reasonably geared. |

but i think in general legendary/set weapons are not that valuable. the people that use nat's would generally use 3 armor pieces to get the 130 dex bonus and have a 900-1k dps 2h xbow + quiver which is generally preferred among DHs than dual wielding 1h's. the IAS makes this a lot more palatable as xbows generally have 1.1-1.2 attacks per sec, but again for DHs dps should be king over any other stat. the dps range on that bow is also kinda wide for an xbow which is another knock against it (most xbows have a fairly tight min-max dps range).

Seems like it would be a really good ring for a monk; armor, resist, dex, life on hit, crit damage... can't really find a similiar ring with all those stats to compare it to.
