Just yesterday, I had a problem of not being able to connect to the battle.net EU website.

I thought the website was down and took nothing of it, I later tried to add a friend on real ID, who I added the day before yesterday perfectly fine on an alternate account with real ID.

I then went to play Diablo 3 with them, but was unable to get past authenticating credentials and it said I have been Disconnected from Battle.net.

I then re-tryed eu.battle.net and realised I still couldn't get on it, I then tryed to go on us.battle.net and everything was fine.

Can anyone please help me solve the problem of not being able to log-in on D3 or the EU.Battle.net website, I'll respond to any PM or Post on here.

Seems to be related to English uni connections. My guess is that it's a problem on Telia's end. It's not restricted to Battle.net either.

I don't really know if there's anything we can do about this, but the connection problems seem to be slowly getting better (US battle.net site and MMO champ now accessible, which they weren't earlier).

Let us know if you find out any more..

Well I've e-mailed my university (liverpool). And they say the problem is on their end but they're working on it. Just wish they could be faster you know haha

Ohh this might be my problem aswell im at the university of kent atm. Anyone having trouble connecting to certain websites like twitter aswell?

Yeah, lots of random websites affected too. Surely it's affecting too many different universities to be something at the uni end?

Twitter loads for me, but Reddit doesn't. Other sites like the Battle.net forums load intermittently.

I suppose I should be thankful that I can't play D3 during my exams

Interesting. I'm at Cambridge university in the UK and I'm having the same problem.

No Reddit, no Battle.net. Steam games work fine.
