Replays need to date from before all of this came out, so like from 2 days ago to 2 months ago. |

Lets just say this. Zoohair is NOT a hacker. He competes at LAN's and anyone who's seen him play in person knows he can play at this high skill level. He plays cheesy as fuck and all-ins many games but still plays pretty legit from what I've seen in person. He has lousy decision making which can possibly lead to people assuming he's hacking? But honestly, if he had hacks; would he honestly ONLY hover a bit above 50% win? If you compare his skill level to someone like Impa/Tricky; he would have a 60+% win and top 50 gm with maphacks I can say that anyone who competes at toronto lans can vouch that he doesn't hack. |

and Spades wasn't "good"? At least by the standards you hold him at? I agree however - you can't prove a negative here, so the burden of proof is on the accusers to establish a sufficient replay pack. Though the overseer appears pretty suspicious, there are a few questions in mind...
Shinya do you stream? Stream-cheating should be differentiated from maphacking...
Does anyone else have any other replays? I think 4-5 would establish more certainty.
Anywho, I went through a pack of replays vs Zoohairz in late 2011. Did not see anything in there so the alleged hacking must've occured in the past 2months.Last edit: 2012-07-11 09:10:22 |

Funny how the people defending zoohairz won't address the replay evidence lol.

Can anyone tell me how the blink hack works?
The blizz challenge map kinda showed uss that you CAN blink stalkers with waypoints very efficiently so it would appear as they are just blinking up without the player looking at them. I guess u could even do it via the minimap if you are a very precise clicker. How can u tell the difference ?
Im interrested to know so that i can spot hackers myself better altho sometimes its obvious |

Shall I list the many, many broodwar players who played in LAN's and were considered progamers that got caught maphacking?
That's not proof of not hacking, it's an idiotic argument. I can go play every MLG, that doesn't mean when I come home that I don't load up maphack. Look at the replays there's a lot of evidence that supports him cheating. Bringing up his ladder record also isn't proof of anything,
Saying that he plays coinflippy and makes bad decisions and trying to assert that that could be a reason behind suspicious play is also idiotic. Bad decision making means he randomly takes his overseer and blindly avoids a void ray coming at it at the most incredibly suspicious pathing? No, that's hacks. He knew it was there and he avoided it without vision.
I do stream from time to time but I wasn't in that game. |

So you're a mind reader now as well? You know for a fact that he clearly saw the void ray coming rather then just coincidentally moving it in another direction? That's really not proof at all sir cause you're basing your argument on your ability to mind read rather then what could've actually happened. Shit like that (coincidences) do happen so before you accuse someone maybe post quite a few replays of it as was stated before bout 5-7 would do as has been done in the past. |

Blink hack is for example, you have warpgates selected and your stalkers are blinking. You don't even have to touch them to blink. Other people have their whole army selected, and stalkers blinking 1 by one, which is impossible. Just look for units selection that isn't working with what you see in the replay.

There's currently 3 replays, would need some more but it still is very suspicious. Worth looking into.Last edit: 2012-07-11 09:58:14 |

Go watch the replay in first person from the zergs perspective and then you'll know exactly what happened and if he "saw" it or was reacting to use of the maphack. |

3 replays is sufficient given the behavior seen in the replays. I'd love for you to refute our assessments of the city replay. |

Yes I agree. I don't have the results on me and can't find them anywhere, I think sc2north still do paper and pencil bracket but I think most of the times he gets top 4-8? I don't think that's not too shabby. Knowing you're from Toronto, you should know players that compete in these lans. To name a few; dde, ryze, ostojiy, ddoro, hendralisk, masa, many other top masters |

Thats not what i mean. If i que up orders for my stalkers i can make them all blink up a hill (still need vision of course) have them blink up 1 by 1 and have my gates selected.
That isnt cheating if you want to know how to do this check out that lvl on youtube from the starcraft challenge maps.
I guess you can spot the difference if you look VERY closely. Anyone know if there is an easy way to tell? |

That's not what people are talking about, and you don't need to look closely.
This is full on battle going on, and each stalker blinks away with a simultaneous attack-move command afterwards, at the exact same hp level for each stalker (i.e. they will only blink when they hit ~30% hp or whatnot). All the meanwhile no stalker ever gets selected. If you can do that with waypointing then that's pretty miraculous. |

Blink Hack will automatically issue Stalkers to Blink away after losing a certain amount of hit points. You don't have to look "very" closely, you can spot it in a matter of seconds and have it confirmed immediately, if you know what to look for, that is. The easiest way to spot a Blink Hack in action is to notice that your opponent will not target his Stalkers, instead they will Blink on their own. :-) First post, btw. |
