I know you're banned, but here's my suspicions:
a) You claim you come from US East, with no prior ICCup experience. That alone seems fishy enough to me. You state that your aka is VirtUre @ USEast, but that is an account with 0-0 stats.
b) Last season, you easily attain a record of 9-0. Although that is not too hard, it still indicates your skill is clearly not D, but D+ at the very least, or better.
c) Your games were impressive all around, and to me it just doesn't add up that you are in the D/D+ rank (along with previous suspicions). I would definitely say yellow ranks without a doubt.
Sorry, but this is a goddamn tournament for money targeted towards players of a certain skill range. Can't the people who actually deserve to participate have their chance to shine and not have their experience ruined by players who do not belong in such an event?
