Google hasn't been really helpful and getting weird base voltages from bios due to dynamic frequency changes which could probably be fixed by disabling the auto on the processor then rebooting again. (going to go ahead and post whilst i tinker)

Have sufficient cooling. Looking to get between 3.8 - 4.0ghz (no higher at this time).
