This thread for Misc tips and tricks I have. I know shit like this been done before, but this is 0123456789. Everything I do is better, and sexier.
Tip #1 Tapping f2 - f5 will center your camera on your teammates. Tapping f1 will center you back on your champion. This trick is good if you play some1 with a global, or you're the jungler. You can quickly check out how lanes are going by using these hotkeys to save milliseconds over moving your mouse over the minimap to a certain location. In fights, if eveyrthing is jumbled, you can tap the hotkey, center your screen on certain champion, and you can use a spell on them. You can also never miss a spell cast on ally by clicking the portrait of the champion on the top left of your screen. Ex: Janna shield, if you press e, and then the portrait, it will cast shield on that ally.
Noob Tip #1 If you're jungle, and you want maximum jungle farm and the ability to react quickly to situations/gank optimally, always plan your route depending on what lane you want to end up in/go to. For example, let's say you're at blue side, and you based. You see that bot lane is gankable, but not like 100% gankable or immediately under pressure. You can go wolves, which is furthest away from bot, then wraiths, then double golems. This gives you a lot of flexibility. If you do wolves, and then mid is in trouble, you can always go help mid, or you can help mid after wraiths, or you can go bot after wraiths without really losing much creeping time and still being nearby to react. A lot of inexperienced junglers I see will do something like wraiths, look for something, and do wolves, and miss out on the double golem gold and exp, because they are not predicting, or planning ahead/preparing their routes. If you finish your route and there's nothing left to do, blue pill, rinse and repeat. Or head back to where you started and wait till the neuts respawn again.
Will add on more later when I feel like it. Feel free to add your own. Last edit: 2012-06-02 02:05:28 |

I actually rebound F2-F5 to Z-V on the keyboard. Easy access!
EDIT: to be fair, though, I basically never use it. Gotta work on that and see if it can help at all.Last edit: 2012-06-02 03:08:07 |

some stuff i've learned from numbers
jungle
- baiting the enemy jungler to gank a pushing, winning (for you) lane then counterganking is often more effective than ganking a pushed, losing lane.
- map presence #1
- keep farming mid game
- always wait for solo to go for ranged creep before coming out to gank, should go around from behind to gank mid to maximize angle.
AD
- push creeps all the way to the tower before backing, not just push and back
- comp dependent but the gist of laning AD is, push early, establish creep dominance, win trades, then zone
- a lot of matchup stuff like vayne beats everything if no graves, if you're nientonsoh you fp vayne anyway like a boss, urgot is really good, etc, etc
Support
- some stuff about warding which i can't recall off the top of my head
- stay behind as squishy support
- the rest I won't share here as I learned by myself, which is why i'm #1 TL support. Last edit: 2012-06-03 04:34:25 |

only do this if you are stronger early levels. or else you just zoned yourself for free lol. you can also bait weaker lanes into pushing by walking up and letting them hit you for free then you zone them gg. works in top lane as well. |

A funny trick as support
If you notice the enemy support having a vision ward during laning phase (i.e he either started with it or got it on his first recall), you can usually just ward drake/tri-brush with a sight ward, then have your ad carry come help you as soon as you see him going to put his sight-ward to clear yours. You can also sometimes (if enemy very bad), bait a a vision ward drop with sight ward, then clear it with a vision ward yourself.
If you notice regular patterns in the supports ward clearing (if blue, most people tend to look at wraith entrance -> at baron -> their blue - if purple it's usually the brush entrance to blue -> baron -> wraith entrance) you can have your team bait him out and kill him. Works really well if you're blitz or taric
