Hi,
I have been watching the stream tonight and have been quite impressed with the quality - especially compared with other SEA based tournaments I have watched.
One thing I found a little disconcerting was the way Benji spent a lot of time looking at things that I couldn't see. I'm guessing that there is a monitor on either side of him that has been covered by the shiny blue table/background. It makes him look really nervous. It is important to look at the camera, even when talking to the co-caster on skype.

Thanks for the feedback, the website is obviously a work in progress, still working on additions to that when I get time ^_^
And yes, I do have screens, one has stream chat and Xsplit on it which I can get distracted by, the other is the game so I do glance at it to accept game invites and to see what the players are writing in chat (so I know if they need a minute and need to fill). I do try and look at the camera as much as I can, and I will work to improve it.
I will look at updating some overlays too, I realized tonight that it does cover quite a lot of information, will try and open it up a little, maybe not in time for tomorrow, but hopefully over the weekend for Week 2.
Plenty more games to come guys, thanks for watching so far ^_^ |

I didn't mind the overlays - I thought the trick with having the cutout around the in-game player name bars was pretty neat.
Is there anything wrong with having the monitors visible? I think it would be fine to look at them from time to time if the viewer can see them - it's just when they can't that you look like someone who struggles to maintain eye-contact. |
