You can't tell what the problem is from that little information, you need the actual dump file. Even then, the info is largely useless especially with XP which I assume this is.
Typically however a BSOD is caused by hardware instability. So unless you just recently installed something new, you need to be looking at your hardware, especially if it happens after the machine is only on 10 minutes. First thing you need to do it go into bios and verify your temps. If those all look good, then run memtest x86 and verify your ram stability. If those two pass then you could have a windows corruption or something going on with the hard drive. You need to run a chkdsk /r to deal with those problems. If you end up getting tons of orphaned files and such, you need to replace your hard drive asap. The only time windows should be reinstalled is with a replacement drive, otherwise you are just putting a bandaid on the real problem.
