The Vodafone support is zum Kotzen (horrible), and has absolutely no clue of anything happening with their shit. They wanted me to do a speed test on their site, which didn't work while the internet was slowed down. ''ARE YOU SURE THAT'S NOT A COOKIE PROBLEM?'' Fuck yeah I am, duh. Easybox 803 here.

Anyway, my contract's running out in 2 weeks, so I'm going to get another provider. Thank god.

Ok, further communication update.

Basically, no update at all. 30 minutes of talking did not result in anything useful, except them telling me that they acknowledge that there might be a problem indeed (and of course trying to convince me that it can't be them, that the LoL servers are offline, and the problem might have occured with blizzard completely simultaneously), and that they might be working on it, or not, and that i just should hope that they fix it. At least they agreed that they have multiple people calling them about this at the same time and that something might indeed be wrong.

However from my past experience with them, they have absolutely no problem with lying just to get you to stop calling them. They told me for a week that my internet was not working because of the telecom (wtf.), and that i should call them again in 10 days when in fact the only problem was that they had to send me a new modem for vdsl (which noone told me, in fact even when i asked explicitly they told me that the old one was fine and which just randomly appeared in my mail one day), so i don't really trust them anymore.

What is a bit curious is that forwarding some ports allowed me to access the LoL site, and the lol launcher, while the game itself did not start, though. Probably there are 4 pretty angry people out there at the moment because i "left" the game when it started. Also, my Easybox is not allowing me to forward all the ports stated on the LoL site, which might be the root of the problem. None of this helped with the battle.net site, though.

30 or 100 ping is not a huge difference on your gameplay unless you need the reaction time. Its what your used to being changed that makes the biggest difference. This is coming from someone that used to play on US server with 200+ ping to now being at 30 ish ping.

Apparently 1&1, vodafone and arcor all have the problem at the moment. At it seems riot is in contact with the providers. Nothing we can do except waiting. (Just watch football instead)

Fluctuations also cause bugs. I can play if it just stays at a certain ping. Like 200 or something. But once it fluctuates aka stability issues from somewhere, then it gets gay.

sandkings ulti is actually just rammus ulti. but if rammus builds AP.

There is a ton of mirroring dota in LoL (but making it weaker).

Garen ult -> Necrolyte ult

@the vodafone guys: Try Kabel Deutschland (my fav), m-net or O2 when it comes to switching providers. Always had great support with the first two and okayish support with the latter. Your stuff kinda sounds horrible. =D

Does a void staff and Last wisper give a flat 40% affect on damage calculations?

Ie if I have say 300 Mr and I'm blocking 70% of magic damage would a mage having a void staff make that so I only block 30% of magic damage or would I block 42% of magic damage? They seem pretty op for being only about 2k each and providing a pretty efficient boost to ad or ap on top of that.
