SC2 NOT RESPONDING

Ok so what it is when im playing a game custom / ladder / campaign, randomly for no reason at all starcraft 2 will just lock up and bring up no responding sometimes it will come out 1 second before i drop or sometimes i just get dropped from the game, this doesnt happen in any of my other games i play d3 and so on only starcraft 2 ...
ive tried reinstalling sc2 and even windows and i still get the same issue ... i doubt its my computer specs as its pretty high end ... ive updated the GFX drivers too and nothing....
Here is specs tho:

Windows 7 64 bit
6GB ram
AMD Phoenom 965 (x4 3.4ghx)
Nvidea GTX 460 SE

any help would be much appreciated as it is starting to ruin gameplay with how frequent it is becomming, ive lowered gfx settings too and this does nothing ...

reinstall sc2? it's faster than repair.exe.

but go to your user folder > documents > StarCraft II and click the shortcuts named with your name.code that links to your Account folder and copy it somewhere if you want to save not-yet-done campaign progress and replays you want to keep.

It's all about the journey, not the outcome.

Try deleting all of the SC2 and Battle.net content on your hard drive (remove other hard drives that have Battle.net/Blizzard content on them for now):

your SC2 install directory (by default "C:/Program Files/StarCraft II")
"C:/ProgramData/Blizzard"
"C:/ProgramData/Blizzard Entertainment"
"C:/ProgramData/StarCraft II"

also delete "C:/Users/[your username]/Documents/StarCraft II"
but if you have replays or campaign progress you want to save, copy-paste "C:/Users/[your username]/Documents/StarCraft II/Accounts" somewhere else in the hard drive as long as it's not under "C:/Users".

uninstall SC2 as admin.
reboot.
reinstall SC2.
patch SC2 (offline patches for NA, EU, and KR (below 한국어/hangukeo))
