So Ive been watching the MLG stream on saturday, unfortunatly I missed friday. But the whole stream long, they were saying they were going to interview Browder (david kim too) about HOTS. Anyone know if this has happend or has yet to happen? Vods maybe?
Sorry, kind of a useless thread but I'm really looking forward to those interviews.

I just get the feeling that both Browder and Kim are really just failing and don't have a solid insight into the pro scene, or - weirdly - the game they're making

The David Kim interview was really shitty. No in depth balancing questions, but rather about how the balancing team is working. Stuff that Browder and Kim have been talking about many, many times before.
I'd prefer if the questions had been more to the point. E.g. how they were reasoning when they were tweaking the queen energy/range and how they think reapers should work in HOTS.
At least he said they were at the alpha stage, which means it's not quite such a bad situation as suggested by the indications of a public beta If internal is still alpha, they hopefully know they have got a long way to go.
HOLY CHECK!

The David Kim interview was pretty good. Enjoyed the part where he basically said "We listen to pro-players, but with a grain of salt." It is good to hear that they willing to make up their own minds, since listening to everyone would pretty much ruin the game.
Nony on PvT: "It's not imbalanced, the protoss wins and then there is a five minute death animation for the Terran"

That would be the first time I hear anyone praise Blizzard for their unwillingness to listen.

Discussing balance seems a bit pointless now, seeing the huge changes HotS gonna bring very soon. Edit: Oh got the Wraith? Sweet :D
Everyone: spare yourself those MLG interviews, pure fluff, nothing interesting at all. As far as I understood it the Liquid interview was yesterday, so where's the upload?

Oh, you think they should listen to everyone? Try to listen to Stephano and Idra at the same time about zvp match-up. (not saying one of two is right or something)
This would be nonsense. I'm glad they don't listen to anyone (who calls himself or is called a pro). Not saying of course, that all pros are making stuff up, on the contrary, but filtering is needed.
I just like starcraft.

Folks, it'll take some time until we get a properly structured TL write up of their reviews, just hang on a while.
