Sold item on RMAH, succeeded, 2 days after failed, didn't get item back
Hi, I sold an item on the RMAH house 3 days ago for 20 euros, 2 days ago it got succeeded. And yesterday it turned into failed auction house error 0. However, I didn't get my item back after this so was wondering what happened. The item is a rare with the name Honor Aim.

Hi!
I suppose that was the standardanswer for the question I got, however I've now waited a total of 7 days plus more for when the item actually was put up and sold. It is still lost and I've not gotten it back after I got the auction failed.
Please look into this as clearly something has gone wrong with your procedures.

Hi and sorry for my negative tone, however..
So after I found and item in the game which I sold for 20 euros. Which then had an issue where you tell me to wait 5 days for it to resolve itself as the auction failed on your behalf. Where I wait for that duration and nothing happen, and then fail to give me any compensation for a system failure which you guys caused under your care is fair treatment of your customers? Do you think this is fair in any way, and cannot offer any kind of ingame compensation as a result of this? This is unacceptable on my account and something which should not happen. Please resolve this somehow through any kind of fair compensation you can give as you actually lost something which was under your care but still can be deemed to belong to me.

If you have sold something on Real Money Auction House and auction end up with Failed status, please don't be alarmed as you will not lose anything. Basically there was a payment issue which occured on player side who bought this item from you. As soon as that player will resolve payment issue, you will receive currency.
Should there be anything that we can do that would make your Blizzard games more enjoyable, please don't hesitate to let us know so that we can investigate the issue.
