I think you meant to say charging to 0.7 seconds gives you the same as 1 second

Example of NERD FACT: Wind Runner's power shot requires only .7 seconds of charge time for maximum damage! That means charging it the full duration gives u the same amount of damage as charging it up to the 0.3 mark.
That is wrong.
Windrunner needs to channel 1 second for full damage, this however includes the 0.3 second casting time. So yea powershot will normally be channeled for 1.3 seconds, and full damage is reached after 1 second.
I am pretty sure that this is fixed though. |
