How many Foreigners on Teamliquid are on a korean clan and how is your communication?
Is there any non-skill korean/english fish clans?
I am in a Korean clan on Fish Ft. we have bad communication but I get some practice games in. 
Advice to any one trying to get into a Korean clan leave your time settings where they are or when they /finger command you they will think you are another Korean trolling there clan. I know you won't be able to see korean in game but it won't be to much of a deal.
