I am playing Sc2 on a 1600 by 1050 moniter but I am having a problem with zoom in game. Every time I start a match everything is zoomed in even the ui and I cant see as much as anyone else. It is a huge hinderance concidering I see attacks 1 second to late. I tried lowing my resolution to 720 and it fixed the zoom but instead it was blurry. Is there a resolution that I could set that would fix my problems?

Play on the highest 16 : 9 resolution you can if you want the widest and most "zoomed out" view of the game

for some reason my screen shot is not working but when I look over my command center the farthest I can see is from the edge of the gas to the edge of the far mineral patch and the ui is much larger and constricted.

Ahh I figureed it out. I placed to to 1600 by 900 and I was able to see more on the sides tho it is a little blurry.

That's because the image is streched due to the 16 : 9 aspect ratio vs your monitor's 16:10

You should be able to find some option in your graphics card's control panel related to expanding an image to full screen while maintaining aspect ratio.
