| I like the idea and I like the random gold patches. However, the chokes are too small! Would certainly favor Terran and Protoss. |

| I think you should try and make normal maps, when you get some basic idea on how to make a balanced map you can start doing wacky things. This map will never be balanced or fun to watch, even when making a rush map you need to keep some basic rules. |

Some tips:
Keep the burning asteroid theme. Its one of the more unique ones out there and would be interesting for spectators as a theme.
Make the map bigger. At least 4 spawning locations so meta strats currently can be used on the map.
Chokes need to be wider or at least designed with all 3 races in mind. |

It's a good concept, but as the others have pointed out it breaks almost all the generally accepted rules for melee maps. You need more expansions (Also, the existing ones should have 8 blue minerals and 2 vespene, or 6 gold minerals and 2 vespene). Plus the random mineral patches to the north are pretty useless.Plus the odd chokes, small size, etc.
That said, it does look very pretty. I like the aesthetic quality, however the actual gameplay aspect isn't very good. |

| I think there are some missconceptions in this thread. Unless he blocked the pathing, which I doubt, there are no chokes on this map. Its completely open. |

| Opened this map up in the editor. I looks ok...but entirely unplayable. If anything, I wouldn't consider this a map at all, rather just a piece concept art. If you want to get into mapmaking, I can assure you that you will have to use normal cliffs, pathing, and mineral line setups. Its pathed alright, and no its not completely open ill put in a pathing image right here.
