| Hi, I cannot connect to any blizzard service and blizzard service only after disconnecting from a sc2 game. I've googled my problem and searched on tl and tried the solutions such as changing dns, restarting router and clearing cache etc. If anyone has experienced something like this and or knows how to solve it please help T_T. |

| You should give blizzard a call since you can't access their website to submit a support ticket. The canada hotline is 1-800-592-5499 |

I think its probably teksavvy routing issue again. I can connect to D3 (US) and SC2 (KR) but when I do a tracert to SC2 (US) the request timed out somewhere in between. We need to give teksavvy a call and ask them to fix this.
UPDATE: I just called them and apparently they are aware of the issue and have a automatic voice message in response. We just have to wait.Last edit: 2012-06-16 07:34:26 |

Thank you for the update! I was able to log into sc2 just now. I hope this was a one off as it was pretty annoying.

| Is anyone on the North American Server having problems connecting to bnet through sc2?? My portait isn't displaying after I enter my password and hit enter, it goes to the next screen where you press enter again, and it just sits there. Tried it multiple times this morning. |
