| If he isn't famous i dont think there is anything you can do besides reporting him to blizzard and they may or may not look at your report. If he is famous, however, you are in luck! Try emailing his sponsors or try starting a thread on TL so people can hunt this guy down and end his career! |

I want to take this opportunity to say that I'm disgusted by increasing BM on ladder these days. Blizzard is too damn slow to ban sad kids. -.-

| Just send a report to blizzard nothing much else to do, if he is known nothing much will happen either as history with known players saying worse things in sc2 amounted to nothing. |

But we can't do shit about it here, and no1 really cares.
There's a report function + ignore + only accept whispers from friends function in the game.
No need to post such things here, it's the internet. Shit happens. |

| There is no point on posting this on TL, it's very apparent bnet holds a lot of people who act like this. Simply ignore andreport and move on. Being offended sadly isn't enough to warrant much. |

Sorry Soup, this isn't really the place to post this sort of thing as TL can't really do anything.
In terms of what you can do, there's a function ingame which allows you to block the opponent's chat. If his speech is really getting to you (and I can understand it doing so), use that. |

Report and ignore is the tools available. A thread on TLdoesn't affect his BM (non-famous players).
I know blizzard acts on reports, as they gave me a 24h ban for writimg some rather offensive stuff to an opponent :-/. |

I would like to echo the thoughts of this good sir, why do this kind of threads even happen, have you not played any online game before ? If so than you are still over reacting but just takes this good man advice and move on, if you did play other online games... and who hasn't ? than whats even the point of posting this ?
Unless someone has a name such as "p3do9hile" or some other immature and highly frowned upon by society name, blizzard won't ban you for non-hack/boot reason and damn right they shouldn't.
Its called liberty of speech... and the only penalty should be a non official one, aka being ignored considered immature. |
