Hey everybody!
I've been trying to get this streaming thing to work forever now, but it hasn't, and I've been sad 
But now it is! And I am happy!
So I'm currently a platinum Zerg working on getting back into Diamond (demoted at the beginning of this season :<) and from there my goal is to be consistently playing masters before HotS.
I'll be streaming all my ladder games, like, literally all of them. As well as any practice games, or other work. I'm also a quasi-artist (degree in Computer Animation) so I'll be streaming whatever I'm working on that's SC related on Misc every now and again (Kinda working on a 3d overlay, we'll see how that goes)
Stream quality isn't high at the moment. 640 x 480 because that's all my computer will do at the moment without destroying my gameplay, but I'm working on getting a new computer which will allow for the faster stuff.
You can also expect me to be singing randomly (CatZ is stealing MY style, not the other way around, and don't you forget it  ) and I'll be trying to interract with any of the 2 viewers I have in between games whenever possible.
So anyway, thanks for reading the thread, hope to see some of you around!

Plat to masters is quite a climb depending on where your strengths lay.
But then again I can only talk for EU server. |

You're absolutely right, I really hope I'm up for the task :D
I'll be playing a bit on KR and EU as well, I like to warm up on EU because there's no lag and I tend to get in a good mood because players there tend to be so much less BM, and in fact are usually very GM (I feel there needs to be a distinction between simply "Manner" and "Good Mannered", which is important).
We'll see what happens. I proved last season I could get to Diamond, and I'm on my way now, so it's really just me needing to get to middle of the road diamond and start facing a masters level player here and there with the new and improved matchmaking

They removed that matchmaking. I didn't start facing masters until top diamond.
If you're not beating 80% or so of dia players, it wont give you masters...more like a top dia here and there.

Then they never added it back in EU server.
I'm just saying my own experience.
If you're playing at consistent masters level YOU'LL BE IN MASTERS

Had a lot of viewers today! like, 13 individuals! I'm so psyched :D also hit diamond again! so I guess I should have the thread title changed, but whatever, let people be surprised, I'll pm for a change if I ever hit masters

Consistent means that someone happens reliably... I.E: MkP wouldn't have "consistent" high tournament placings if 19 out of 20 times, he got knocked out in the group stages :D |

According to dictionary.com:
Consistent
(of a person, behavior, or process) Unchanging in achievement or effect over a period of time.
Compatible or in agreement with something: "injuries consistent with falling".
You're right, but I think that in a way I can be considered right as well. If my period of time is 1 year, and I base my information monthly, and I face one masters level player per month, then it is consistently 1 per month! If I'm way wrong and not really understanding it, I'm ok with that, I'm going to pretend to be right. I'm pretty good at that :D
Just a heads up, I'm going to be streaming myself making an overlay tonight as well as some games. I have to reinstall photoshop and/or illustrator, but I'm going to, if nothing else, make a simple overlay that's "Me" over the course of an hour or 2, and then stream games the rest of the night.
I've had a couple consistent viewers, and while I don't expect to be the next CatZ, I think I'm doing well for a rinky dink player who wants to be interesting :D
