[L] Multi Hotkey armies

So I'm at a point where I think I'll need to have my army on more than 1 key, tabbing is just too slow, I'm a toss, so toss how do you like to organize your hotkeys, and what are some ways to practice with multiple hotkeys, it doesn't feel intuitive at all to me, also what are some general tips on this sort of control?
