I have been messing around with this build on the ladder and so far it seems really strong. I haven't got the specifics of the build down quite yet, but thus far I have been going 1 rax expand into two rax, stem, 1 fac, 1 engineering bay, then a second fac ending up with 4 rectored barracks, 40 or 50 scvs, and two factor production. The timing I have been shooting for is about 11 minutes and I push at that time with about 25 marines and 5 seige tanks, stem and combat sheilds with +1 attack. I usually target the protoss third base first, and then slow push the main.

What I have found, is that with two factory seige tank production you can seige push much more aggressively. It doesn't take long at all to be kissing the nexus and threatening to end the game. Traditional tactics for breaking something like this, namely chargelots, immortals, and one collossus seems to have trouble with this much seige tanks this early. I just wanted to discuss the build,see if I can find ways to refine it, and talk about possible counter builds protoss can use to deal with it.

I have been away from SC2 for a while, and I am new to the build.. so keep that in mind. Neither my opponent nor I played exceptionally well, but here is a replay showing me using the build:

Also not sure your level but my exp from whenever I tried this was Toss going collusi just ate your army as by 11 minutes they can have 2-3 range collusi. But I'm low masters on NA so pretty shitty.

The toss just engaged very poorly in that particular game... not sure what league this is.

The would have to be going for a two base collossus timing to have that many though right? It is probably a good counter to the build though. I feel like if you can get bunkers up you could still push this kind of army but its hard to say.

Btw I want to say this was a platinum league game.
