As soon as I heard "similar to Descent" I got really excited. It was a stupidly long time since I played a good six-axis combat game. I'd love it if I could sphere-strafe shoot people in multiplayer

Try holding "f" to omniscan. It will show you a little wisp that you can follow to the location of your nearest objective!

Yeah, multiplayer is up in the alpha. You can only play LAN though, we don't have matchmaking yet.

Retrovirus might have failed its Kickstarter however it is avaible on Gamestop download it seems http://www.gamestop.com/pc/games/retrovirus/104511 so good news the Future is not just CoD Titles afterall
