EywaSC Inc.
Ladies and gentlemen,
This thread is to announce the commencement of EywaSC Incorporated. This will be the new title of the non-profit organization run by Eywa-. Based out of North America, EywaSC Inc. will be registered within both the United States and Canada as a licensed non-profit organization. This new movement will without a doubt make it easier to attain partnerships with larger businesses as well as grants from the Canadian and United State governments. Now, with all this being said, EywaSC Inc. has a lot of projects comming to brood war in the near future, however, we need your help. To all fellow North American players, to be a part of the non-profit organization known as EywaSC Inc. would be a huge step into producing funding for future indevours.
There are already some goals that are set for the near future which will hopefully come into play by the end of the summer, the third edition of the Gambit's Cup is evidentally approaching and will be fast on our plate, however, there are also other projects which are in the works that may be considered to be far more stunning. A list of these projects may be found within the spoiler below. If you are a resident of the United States or Canada, you can help make these a reality as early as this fall.

Get involved in your community, a larger list of goals and milestones will be included as the organization grows and moves forwards. EywaSC Inc. is always looking for more supporters, ideas and donations. Don't hesitate to leave a comment or question.

EDIT:
Clarifications on why you would sign up. Signing up with EywaSC Inc. expands the non-profit organization from the governments and external companies perspectives. If this job is to be done, it has to be done right and realistically, the bigger the organization, the more likely we are to receive funding. It's not a requirement as a North American fan to sign up with this, it's a favor you'd be doing for us and foreign BW in general. Realistically, being a member simply means you will be present for the world to see, it basically says this organization has lots of people and therefore, is meaningful.
Clarifications on why a new 24/7 stream would be set up. We have recently acquired a partnership with Twitch.TV, thus we will be setting up a 24/7 BW television channel which will hugely contribute to funding leagues and other projects.
Clarifications on why a new server would be created It's no secret, Fish server is not foreigner friendly and iCCup is pretty dead. If there is a way to unite the foreign and Korean scenes on a mutual server which is user friendly for both parties, you can bet that we will find that path. With leagues and ladder prizes, it would be quite easily done and with the volume which currently plays on fish, there is a lot that can be done with ad revenue, which is something that Fish doesn't take advantage of to my knowledge. Though, regardless of if they are, it's not comming back to foreign BW at all.

Above are a couple examples of funds for non-profit organizations, if you don't dare to believe, then you have already lost the battle. We need to hope for the best, assume the worse. With that being said, regardless of the outcome, there is no way to come out farther back than we are right now.

Unified(Korea/foreign) Gaming Server - dated for 2013
Didn't iccup fill in this role already ? why are you making another gaming server for starcraft ?

And the main problem is the ping. Even if you have a massive server somewhere, you're bound to have some lag from some parts of the world even if you have amazing internet speed. Or so I have experienced.

Nothing against ICCup, but the number of Koreans let alone skilled Koreans has severely decreased on ICCup and even when they do come on ICCup it's mainly to troll.

umm. I mean I don't mean to burst anyone's bubble but A lot of this had already been done before.
There is a 24 hour a day stream on TL with just BW content. Although the content itself could use a bit of updating. Thats nothing major and is easy to do. http://www.teamliquid.net/video/userstream.php?user=TL.net Bot
The Unified gaming server has been done with iccup. I don't see why something else has to be done when Iccup works well and is known in Korea. Many times when I've spoken to current sc2 pros and BW pros, They all know about iccup and all know how iccup works. Making something new would be a huge waste of resources and would be unsucessful because nobody would use it, because they have servers that work and have a lot more people playing it. and Korean aren't going to come to a small server to play with iccup C and B level foreigners. It would be just as easy to go on US west and play.
The leagues and such are nice, thats about the only thing that I think the org should look towards making. Though getting government grants for BW tournaments would be silly, since it would be impossible to get a grant. only people who get grants are people who work in the arts. like documentary making or if you are making a movie based on canadian history. you would be doing neither tbh.
Don't mean to be harsh, just honest.

I don't really understand this thread, sorry if that sounds like hate but the majority of community players these days are all in europe so why do we limit this to north america?

Server ping doesn't matter in bw. It's peer to peer.
