I have recently decided that it was time for me to look for a new pc as my current pc has had a lot of problems with frame rate drop issues and the pc wont restart or even sometimes turn on.
Its always been a big issue that i have not been able to stream on my last pc and i certainly want to be able to stream on my new pc so i want to get a cpu from intel.
i have a budget of £500 to spend on a new pc so i am trying to find the best possible deal that i can get for the budget that i have. So if anyone can help by giving me builds or suggestions of what to do, to get the best possible deal and gaming pc possible for the amount of money that i have then that would be greatly appreciated!

The games i play now is just basically Starcraft 2. I used to play cod4 back in the day and i dont mind jumping on other games from time to time just to do something different when im a little tired from practice or something. Im a little confused about the GTX 550 Ti, a lot of people have said its a great graphics card but then yesterday i got told that its terrible and wont be any good for starcraft 2

According to this benchmark this card handles SC2 more than fine, so I wouldn't worry about that. The computer you linked to should be able to play pretty much every game out there, though I think you shouldn't expect brilliant 1080p performance for the more resource-hungry games out there. Three years warranty seems like a nice pick-me-up, too, unless that's usual in the UK.
I can't really comment on what is needed for streaming. Sorry about that
