Biography
+ Show Spoiler +HyuN is a former BW player who played for MBCGame Hero before switching over to SC2 in November 2011. When he first came over to SC2 he stated that he would qualify for the first Code A of 2012. He would successfully do this by defeating FXOWeekend in the 2012 GSL Season 1 preliminaries. He would then go on to lose to TaeJa in the Ro48 and fall back to Code B. HyuN was able to qualify for Code A a second time where he defeated FXOChoya in the preliminaries to go back up to Code A for Season 3 of the 2012 GSL. Since mid-2012, HyuN has really come into his own as one of the top Zergs in Korea. In Season 3 he almost made Code S but lost to Genius in the Ro24 and coming third in his U/D groups. HyuN managed to qualify for Code S Season 5 when he won his U/D group in dominating fashion. HyuN started slowly in Season 5 and just managed to get out of his Ro32 group. However after this he didn't look back before reaching the finals of Code S, but ended up ultimately losing 3-4 to MVPSniper  In the foreigner scene, HyuN made his name through his dominant performances in the IPL Fight Club. He has the highest ever winning streak of 14 games! Beating notables such as Squirtle, GuMiho, ByuN and Life! Hyun is also a perennial finalist and winner of online cups such as the Playhem Daily, ZOTAC Cup, Go4SC2 and other various tournaments. He is a force to be reckoned with online and offline.
