Just moved, bought cable internet; trying to stream, and my friend reported it was very choppy; it would freeze then speed up a lot. I ran the bandwith test and it gave me a "red light" down to 500 kbps bitrate at which point I gave up. Any way I can try to fix this, or is my internet just shitty?
