<3 I think that $1.99 is not too expensive considering that there will be about 15 BO3s and people will also be able to watch the replays whenever they want.

There seems to be a problem with the audio. Both of the casters are in there own individual audio channel, so you can only hear one of them at a time.

Is there VOD access with the purchase of the pass? Also, is there Chinese commentary VODs that is available with the pass or is it strictly in English?

Hello, you can find the VODs of the matches here: http://www.itsgosu.com/game/dota2/Vods

However, if your purchase a ticket, you will be able to watch the replays and control the camera yourself if you want to. You will also have the opportunity to select the caster you want to listen to be it in English, Russian or Chinese.
