I am pretty sure it is impossible to edit in a post. Admins can take over posts, though. You should PM the guy who has the post that you want to take over and ask him if he's willing to give up his post. If he is, then you should PM heyoka and ask him to switch the author of the post for you.

Ah, that's kiett. She doesn't count because she's a scarily big fan of Bisu, whereas with neoghaleon it's still at a level perceivable by humans.
