How do you link TL and Twitch account for TSL4+?

I can't seem to figure it out? :/

Go to http://www.teamliquid.net/tslplus/ and follow Step 2. Note, you will need to have JS enabled for it to work properly.

I have two green check marks in the TSL+ link page and I'm logged in on twich with the account from which I payed. Yet, when I click on 1080p+, I get the "Subscribe Screen".

I got it to work in several tries. Last while on http://www.teamliquidstarleague.com/
