The united states are guaranteed to be online qualifiers, the country is too big to host local qualifiers at this stage.

As I previously said, there is currently no information whatsoever tied to your name, with that being said, it's unlikely that a student card would be enough. If you would like to attempt a registration, send all the required information to the e-mail in the OP, it will then be determined what will be sufficient for a grand final appearance. |

Sold wins in TSL2, caught stream cheating in a TvZ invitational defiler tour, smurfed on multiple user IDs in Gambit's Cup, smurfed into an LRM) 2v2 Island Tournament he was previously banned from for the prior abuses listed (and more), paired with JoeKim to try to navigate a cheating circle within International StarLeague (Ed: 2) which was busted open. |
