Dear TLers,

I am the main organized of Koreign Tournament! The First tournament, Koreign July(Silver-Platinum on Kr server) went ~~very~~ awesomely well, and I have learned a great deal on Tournament organization.
The community of foreigners playing on the Korean server has started to show up and they are all great people.
We then decided to continue the series with next month tournament: Koreign August for Bronze to Platinum on the Korean server, here are the detail.

Our Current Stats:

Second edition: Koreign Starcraft2 Tournament August

When:
First rounds: August 4 2012 20:00 KST[local]
Finals: August 11 2012 20:00 KST
(the exact time of the start might still vary at the moment, we will give notice very soon)

Who:
- Bronze to Platinum players on the Battle.net SC2 Korea (high platinum will be send to the high league edition: MASTERS of KOREIGN).
- Living in Korea is preferred but not mandatory.
- Age: 16+

Tournament Format:
- Single Elimination, Bo3. Finals are Bo5.
- A maximum number of 16 players will be admitted.
- Map pool (regular ladder): detail on the website.

Prizepool:
- Winner: Tt-sport mouse pad signed by MarineKingPrime.
- Finalists: Koreign Tshirt signed by Tastosis (I went myself to the gom studio for those).

half a year ago i was mid diamond on korea, but not played since then so i will have my 5 ranking again and be like gold-platin then i guess

am i allowed to play then ? since i was diamond in past but loong time before inactivity xD

You still dont play these days on any server ? If you feel like you want to compete at higher level the masters of koreign is also opened, but I think you could join the August edition without too much trouble, just PM/email me your other bnet profile (NA eu etc) and then I can check if it's ok. We have high gold and plat players in august, high plat to masters are usually recommenced to join the masters of koreign.

Hey CoR,

Just let me know how you feel it. If you feel like not at a good level for Masters of Koreign, yeah it should be fine if you join Koreign August (under platinum).

Just go to the website and register for Koreign August, I will check you out and talk to you through TL and emails.

Just to remind you that there are only 3 days left before you can register to Koreign Tournament lower leagues (August) or higher leagues (Masters of Koreign).

We're waiting for you to join the community, show us you a-game and just say hi on the stream, everything is welcome (BM excepted~).
