Where are the mains? Judging by the description I'd say they're the lower left and right corner bases, but the ramps are too wide to defend a 6pool, and with only 2 spawns that makes it even harder to hold.

tx for the reply,

I might consider making the ramp a bit smaller thought you can wal it off from ramp to edge of the expo. it can be done with a barrack and 1 depot. or a gateway and a pylon.

The design is good!!! I like it!

You just have to fix the main ramp wide and also, try to enlarge paths in the middle because it's a bit narrow for zerg especially.

Quite a few problems with this I'm afraid.

The ramp is the main one but easy to fix. Highground over the natural is a big no no. Rocks on the 3rd is bad for zerg. there is only 1 ramp to the first 3 bases, which means it is too easy to defend. Then after the 3rd the 4th is really difficult. I don't really see the top half of the map being used at all in it's current state. Keep at it!

this is my first real try at a melee map but I will make a version without the natural being exposed like that.

I will fix the ramps and make an additional ramp to the first 3 expo's

did it solve most of the aforementioned problems?

I think about removing the watchtowers from the naturals entirely and place just 1 watchtower top center of the lake that is created.

is that a good idea?

Much better and yes I completely agree about the watch towers. Unfortunately 'cardinal' ramps (horizontal or vertical rather than diagonal) don't work for the main base is you can't wall it off correctly. Also the mains should be much bigger.

It's taking shape though!
