Hello!
I'm fortunate enough to be going to London during part of the Olympics to see a few events and hopefully have a generally excellent time.
Are any other gentlemen/ladies and scholars of TL going to be there? If so, we should strengthen the ties of eSports at the most prestigious Sports event on the planet!
Let's use this thread to coordinate meetups!

I'll be in London during the games due to work for a TV station! I will be there from July 25 to August 12..=)
Mostly around the Tower or London and the IBC..
Just read that London Barcraft won't cover the GSL or GSTL Finals..=(((
They said though that there will be Barcrafts during the Olympics..=)
I'd be interested in meeting some people for a drink or for watching some SC2..

I'm in london (living here), living in gloucester road.
I don't have any tickets (though i coudl get some for weightlifting if anyone wants to come with me, 125 pounds each thoug hhaha)
If anyone wants to meet up in the evenings (or all day even today!) then give me a shout it would be cool to watch olympics with some TLer's |

Oh man, I've been away from computers for a while. I am at volleyball tonight from 5 to 7pm, and I think that I'm free tonight. Tomorrow and Monday evenings I will also be free...staying near the Bond Street underground station, but tube passes make getting nearly anywhere quite facile (good public transportation is blowing my mind).
PM or post here for potential pub meet ups? It would be nice to grab a pint or two with fellow nerdballers. |
