not sure what you mean by this, but the sc2 starter edition is here starter edition
thats the US page not sure how to get to the russian one. |

May I participate? Even though I have a full version right now, I started with a starter edition.
Moreover, when my internet broke last week and I couldn't play d3 anymore, I tried to play some offline sc2 games against my boredom. However blizzard claimed that I still have the starter edition and I am not allowed to play offline... |

lol, no offense.... just Remembered the "R" and assumed russia. any ways maybe try jumping into a chat room and getting people to 1v1 you? I dont know if starter edition allows chat rooms, but its probably the best your gonna get without buying it. |
