The time has come for our next Losers Round 5 match of the IGN Pro League Team Arena Challenge 3!
When: July 23 2012 16:00 PDT[local] (we will also rebroadcast repeatedly afterwards!)
Format
This double-elimination tournament features 24 teams from around the world and is an All-Kill team format. This match is being played for Losers Round 5. The first team to defeat everyone on the opposing team's roster (5 wins, or a best of 9), will move on in the Losers Bracket, while the loser will be eliminated entirely. Keep in mind that this has a $20,000 prize pool, and only six teams will make it to the money!

Prime not messing around with MKP first. Have to imagine they are going to save ByuN or Creator for the ace then....if they even need to.
I don't know that there's anyone on EG's roster that can beat MKP, although Thorzain and Puma have had reasonably good TvT historically. I don't fancy JYP's vT....so this could get bad. |

So EG is playing Idra, Huk, JYP, Puma and ThorZain today. I can't see them sending out anyone else unless Huk refuses to play which he sometimes does. I just don't think that line-up can take out Prime's: MKP, Byun, Creator and probably Bboong and Maru although I wouldn't be totally surprised to see them bring in Salmosa or AriA.
Yeah, I'd give Prime an eighty to ninety percent chance here with a decent chance that MKP all kills since EG's zerg line up is its weakest and JYP's vT is still really bad. |
