Hi Guys,
I have been trying to get in contact with the TL Store for 2 months and still haven't heard anything. I have sent 2 emails, submitted on the site twice and posted in the store feedback twice (across the 2 months) and the only information I was ever given is a post by a TL staff member saying they would get back to me that day which was 2 weeks ago.
This is becoming ridiculous... |

Same here, please help. 2 email for my shipment that has not moved since the 9 of Jul (was previously estimated to arrive on the 16 of July).
Am really desperate, no one is responding and I think my shipment is lost. |

Same here, I ordered a mousepad in Mars, I've sent emails, still no answer. It's unfortunate because I want to be able to order in the future without being worried  |

Did you get an email saying that your order was shipped? If so, here's a cross post from another similar thread:

| I know it was shipped to Virginia Beach but I don't know if it's still there or if it has been shipped from there yet. That's why I've been trying to contact the TL store. I guess I could try USPS customer service but that's not what bothers me, it's that I've been trying to reach the TL store and got no answer for months that's bothering me. |

| I've also had issues with contacting the store, I placed an order on the 6th but haven't received a confirmation of it, while the payment has gone through. I sent an email last week but still haven't had a reply. |

Alright, so heres my little story. I ordered the free tsl poster with $5 shipping and I called usps trying to change the adress it was sending to. They told me to contact tl so I did through email, but there was no response in time, now it was sent to some random place in Virgina. WTF Please send me a new tsl poster or contact me to customer support. Here is a link to my tracking number and where my package went in the us.

Wow, you guys got it worse than I did. I've only been ignored for about a month on my problem. Two forms, a PM to disciple, and finally just sent an e-mail to shipping@teamliquid.net letting them know that I am now disputing the PayPal charge because it's been like 44 days and they have a 45 day limit (since it took nearly 20 days from the date of payment just for my incomplete shipment to arrive).
I'm sorry for whatever issues you guys may be having over on your side, but I am not happy that I had to resort to filing a payment dispute because there's only so much that I can do to protect my interests at this point.Last edit: 2012-08-16 14:55:01 |
