Friday Night Cup: Summer Open
The “Friday Night Cup: Summer Open” is an EU Starcraft II tournament which is being held online on Friday July 27 18:00 BST[local]. The tournament is free to open for everyone and its main aspects are to have fun, to practice and to share thoughts on different matchups and build orders.
All participants meet in the chat channel “fridaynightcup” (without quotation marks). The whole thing is getting casted by volunteers on one to three streams (depends on the number of participants and casters).
After the tournaments we might play a few fun games, fun maps or an after-tourney KOTH with participants and friends.
Rules
+ Show Spoiler +- You are not allowed to switch your race during the tournament.
- Please sign-up with the name format “{Name}.{Character Code} ({Race}) - {League}”, for example “vRPhenom.733 (Terran) - Platinum”
- Everyone is allowed to sign-up for the tournament.
- The game will be restarted if either of the players disconnects in the first 3 minutes.
- Observers are allowed if both players allow them. Admins and casters allowed by the admins are always allowed to observe the match.
- Stream cheating, map hacking etc. and bad manner are not allowed and can result in disqualification.
- All replays must be saved.
- If your opponent doesn’t show up, report it to the admins.
- The tournament admins (vRPhenom) have the right to decide on what is allowed and what is not.
