Hi guys,

my friend recently got sc2. Problem is when she puts in her email and password the screen goes basically go blank instead of the standart ''nickname'' ''enter'' screen.

I tried to search for this problem but usually i found only that blank screen appears before logging in but this happens after logging it. Anyone ever encountered this ?

try running the ingame trouble shooter and if that doesnt work you can always re download the game that can never hurt to try

This is still kind of vague to go off on when trying to determine whether this is an issue with the computer and files or her account specifically. Although I would suggest to try the repair.exe tool first and see how that goes. If it has to do with her account rather than any files, you'd best contact Blizzard then.

I think its more her PC than the account itself. Because i can login into that account without any problems. Ill tell her to reinstall the game I just thought maybe its something thats already figured out ^^.

Well reinstall didnt solve it problem still persists. :/

tried running without firewall or antivirus didnt help. Peerblock what is that?

Hi guys i have the same problem with the US version

i put my ID and password and press login and it gets "stuck" although i can quit the game normally

however when loggin in using my EU client it works normally.. !!!
pls help !!
