Hey guys, cDgRagecraft here. I took a break from Starcraft 2 about 8 months ago due to work and other life related incidents, and I'd really like to get back into it now. I tried playing a few games, and was just getting demolished. I was high diamond/ low masters on my 1v1 account, and on my team games account I was ranked 184th one season for random 4s in NA region. BUT, those times are behind me now, and apparently so is everything I knew about how to play. I'm moving out to California within a month, so Anaheim will be right there, and I plan on trying to enter some of the open bracket tournaments there, however I need to get spun up really on whats been happening. A lot of my old favorites have moved on to other things (ie. Destiny :'( ), so as a Zerg player, does anyone have any suggestions for things I can do to try and get caught up with the rest of the world? Thanks a lot!

inb4 play more games, and watch tons of replays.

Looking for possible people to follow. I stalked Destiny for months to get better, and went from Bronze to Plat within 4 months. Diamond took another 8 months though...

If you haven't played sc2 in 8months your mechanics will have fallen off, so just play a lot and learn the meta game through playing. And I don't mean to offend but your question is a little bit retarded, the meta as you put it, is using information out of previous games to aid your decision making in the current game and you want to achieve that without watching reps or playing games.

Just go play starcraft stop making pointless threads.
