Watery stools throughout the night, stomach cramps, and stomach still feels very bloated from last dinner, + lack of recent sleep.

You can get pediatric electrolyte for the loss of water/minerals (cramps indicate that)
If it was bad food you could be ok tomorrow. If you aren't you probably have an infection and might need antibiotics (should go see a doctor for that) |
