We recently associated TL accounts with Twitch accounts, however some users did not correctly link due to an invalid TwitchTV access token.
If you have paid for TSL+ and do not see two green checkmarks next to Step 1 and Step 2 at http://www.teamliquid.net/tslplus/ you may need to re-authorize the TSL+ app on Twitch so that TL can verify your purchase. To do this, click the Step 2 link again to link your TwitchTV and TL accounts. After authorizing the TSL+ app on Twitch, refresh the page to verify that you have two green checkmarks next to Step 1 and Step 2. |

I see both green checkmarks. I'm logged into twitch.tv, and the subscriber chat works, so it recognizes my subscription. The video player still asks me to log in when I switch to 1080p. Looking forward to having this fixed. Thanks.
Edit: strangest thing, I can login on the video player and get 1080p fine on my desktop, but not on the computer hooked up to my tv. Both using the latest version of chrome. It simply reloads the page when I try to login on the video player.
Edit2: worked when I switched to watching the team through TL. Somehow then I could log in to the video player.Last edit: 2012-07-29 06:53:31 |

I have both green check marks. I'm logged into TL and twitch, but twitch is not recognizing my subscription (checked my twitch subscriptions). Twitch also shows that i have no apps associated with my account, but as i previously stated both check marks are green on the TSL plus page.
Twitch is now recognizing my sub and app. Not sure who fixed what, but thank you. Also, the TL plus is only working if I watch it through twitch.tv Last edit: 2012-07-29 04:19:14 |

Similar here: I have both checkmarks, and I can log in to watch the 1080 stream on teamliquidstarleague.com, but when I click through to Twitch (where they have the "Pop-out" option), it tells me I need to log in to see 1080p no matter how many times I do.

| I have contacted twitch three times now, once by phone, twice by email. My card has been charged, but my subscription is not showing up. Really really frustrating. |

I had the same problem. And logged in several times while stream embedded in TL and directly from twitch.
Then I entered in http://www.teamliquidstarleague.com/ while the stream was live there.
And clicked the 1080p+ and when asked to pay I logged in there. Since then is working...

edit: welp, looks like I'm the biggest idiot on TL. I have two accounts that are almost identical in name, and I had forgotten about the other (which I used to subscribe). All is well.Last edit: 2012-08-03 07:51:19 |
