Everywhere i look for 7rr BO, it's always starting with extractor trick overpool(11) and ending with 15 drones after wich you morph 7 roaches that get spawned at 4:45.
Well, i discovered that you can squeeze in 2 additional drones, and get 7 roaches at almost the same time(4:47)
Here's the build

Overlord(9)
Pool(13)
Extractor(15)
Overlord(15)
Queen(100% Pool)(16)
Roach Warren(20)
Overlord(19)
start pumping 7 roaches(100% Roach Warren)

Also here's replay's of me doing both variants vs bot

You can see that in both replays i get 7 roaches a lil bit late(4:52 and 4:56), but that's due to my imperfect macro

I've done the math on this a long time ago. And this is how you perfect the build

13 pool
Drone
15 gas ( when pool is at 0:38 build gas. )
----- Pool is done
4lings and queen
Roach warren when queen is at 0:35.
18/18 2 overlords

Remove drones out of gas one at a time when you are at 168 gas.
Roach warren finishes when larvae pops off and you have exacly enough minerals and gas to produce 7 roaches

don't know when they pop but they reach the enemies base at around 6:00

Also, if you 12 pool and do the same timings, you have no backup plan but if you're facing a toss, your roaches hits his base before his second gateway unit spawns

If i type something interesting here, will you respect my opinion more?
