Installed SC2 on SSD, low FPS

Hi,
Around 1 week ago, i changed my 2.5" HDD inside my laptop to a 128GB OCZ 2.0 SATA.
I also bought an external bay with USB 3.0 so I was able to access all of my music/movies etc. on my old hard drive.
Because I didn't want to use space on my SSD, I installed SC2 on my HDD connected to my external bay, but when I tested it out I was getting 30FPS on all low settings.
Assuming it was the external bay after searching it up on google, and people recommended using eSATA connection (which my bay doesn't have), I uninstalled and re-installed on my SSD.
After patching and testing again, I saw that I was getting around 40FPS on low settings.

Before changing over to the SSD, I was using the hybrid settings that were posted on TL couple of weeks ago, getting an average of 110FPS.

I have a HP Pavilion DV6, with an i5 sandy bridge @ 2.40GHz, 4GB ram, ATi Radeon HD 6770M GPU (1GB dedicated), running Win7 Ultimate

Thanks

Can you do a crystalmark bench to see what your R/W speeds are? That would eliminate the possible problem of your ssd having high random R/W times or something similar.
Throw off those chains of reason, and your prison disappears.

I have no idea how to use this program, I'm pretty useless when it comes to diagnostics on computers.
However, I did take a screenshot of it, hopefully it's the right thing.

Edit:
I found another program for the read speed.

Did you google it?

Some nice conclusions in there.

The amount of techno babble in there was insane!
English please? haha.

But it just seems like this only to Starcraft 2 on my laptop, I was playing GW2 during the beta weekend and I didn't notice the low FPS in sc2, also I tried Dota 2 and Left 4 Dead 2, and they both seem fine.

Ah, I finally fixed it.

The stupid AMD controller thought that I was running off battery for some reason, after manually changing battery/plugged in into both high performance and setting sc2.exe into high performance, my FPS drastically improved to over 100FPS.

Thanks for your help DarKcS
