There's a section for custom maps where you can post the maps you make (instead of making a blog):

And also a guideline thread that indicates how to and what not to do in the custom map forums:

And also, usually you would want to add a map analysis from sc2mapster.com so that people can see more clearly where the bases are, what the distances are, high grounds, etc... Because it's hard to tell what's what from this angle.
