My internet connection has really been acting up lately, it often just dies for about 20 seconds before jumping back on again (This happens once, sometimes twice a day) And yesterday I suddenly got a Windows message telling me that there was an IP address conflict after which I had to reset my modem/router, only to get the same message twice more before it somehow worked the 3rd time, I also often get some sorta DNS problem so I still can't load any pages.
There are 3 computers on this network, mine, my mother's and my little brother's...The only one that was on at that time was mine so I'm really confused here, I'm no expert when it comes to internet connections so I hope someone here could tell me what the fuck's going on. |

Hi,
Is your router using DHCP? If yes, check if a computer in the network is using a static IP, and change it also to DHCP. You can also try to disable the DHCP and set up all the IP's manually.
If the router uses WLAN there could also be some conflicts with the neighbours devices. |
