For me at least, i would rather have an epic moment like this be the "end" of my following of broodwar, personally i think an epic sendoff like this as my last memory of really following broodwar is actually nicer then a few years of watching chinese leagues/the few foreigners left while knowing that it will almost definitely never reach the level it was tonight ever again

| An inevitable doom for a competitive game in this infant stage of eSports. Let's hope one day we reach a place when this won't happen. It was ahead of time, a time where gamers look at a game's resolution and not gameplay quality to judge it's value. | This is so incredibly sad for all of us D: we all lost something today, but we also gained something! Memories upon countless memories that will be irreplaceable. We all love BW and people will stay play on ICCUP, fish, brain, etc. but our favorite players are now moving on, thankfully atleast to sc2 and not going away. |

| started watching bw when i started college in 2008, and now in 2012 I'm graduating and bw is ending. Looking back will I refer to these years as my college years or my broodwar years? |
